Like I said I'm cheap!! and I know it fits the Savage - most catalog stuff doesn't.
Smell??? I don't know, I just can't bring myself to sniff my motorcycle seat!!
Actually only when it is wet it has a faint leather/animal odor but I've smelt much worse comming off of some bikers I've encountered!
